1. Who these terms are with
These terms are an agreement between you and Sirius Digital LLC, a Limited Liability Company registered in the State of New Mexico, United States, EIN 39-4550422, with its registered office at 150 Washington Avenue, Suite 201, Santa Fe, NM 87501, United States ("we", "us", "the company").
They apply when you purchase, access or use any digital product published by the company. By completing a purchase you accept them.
2. What you are buying
We sell digital educational products: online courses, e-books and structured training programs. All products are delivered electronically. Nothing physical is shipped.
Unless the page where you purchased states otherwise, access is granted to a single individual for personal use and does not expire.
3. Price, currency and billing
The full price, the currency, and the billing frequency where one applies, are shown before you enter any payment details. There are no charges after purchase that were not disclosed on the page where the purchase was made.
A receipt is emailed at the moment of purchase, showing the company name, the product, the amount charged and the billing descriptor that will appear on your statement. Where a product is billed on a recurring basis, this is stated clearly at checkout and the amount and interval are repeated in the receipt.
4. Payment processing
Payments are processed by a PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment processor. Sirius Digital LLC does not receive, transmit or store full card numbers at any stage. Your card details are handled by the processor under its own terms and security standards.
5. Delivery and access
Access credentials are issued automatically to the email address given at checkout on payment confirmation, normally within minutes. If automatic delivery fails, contact support and we will provision access manually.
You are responsible for giving a valid email address and for keeping your access credentials confidential. Accounts are personal and may not be shared, sold or transferred.
6. Refunds and cancellation
Every product carries a refund window of at least 30 days from purchase; the exact period is stated at checkout and in the receipt. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within three business days of the request and require no justification. Recurring products can be cancelled at any time, effective at the end of the paid period. The full terms are in the Refund Policy, which forms part of this agreement.
7. Intellectual property
All material we publish — text, audio, video, images, documents and software — is owned by Sirius Digital LLC or licensed to it, and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.
You may use the material for your own personal purposes. You may not copy, republish, redistribute, resell, sublicense, rent, broadcast or make it publicly available, in whole or in part, nor create derivative works from it, without our prior written permission.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our systems, not to share access credentials, not to circumvent any technical measure protecting the material, and not to use our products for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or terminate access where these terms are breached.
9. Nature of the material
Our products are informational and educational. They are not professional, medical, legal or financial advice and are not a substitute for it. We do not promise any specific outcome from using them. Please read the Disclaimer, which forms part of this agreement.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sirius Digital LLC and its officers, employees and agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from the use of, or inability to use, our products. Our total liability in connection with any product is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including any statutory rights you have as a consumer.
11. Availability
We take reasonable care to keep our products available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, third-party outages and events beyond our control may cause temporary interruption. Where an interruption is material and prolonged, contact support.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version in force at the time of your purchase governs that purchase. The date of the current version is shown at the top of this page. Material changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to conflict of law rules. Nothing in this clause deprives a consumer of the protection of the mandatory law of their country of residence.
