What is the minimum monthly ad spend you work with?

We typically engage with brands deploying $30,000 or more in monthly paid media across all platforms. Below this threshold, the operational overhead of senior-led management is difficult to justify against the spend itself.

How are engagements structured and priced?

Engagements are month-to-month with a 60-day initial commitment. Pricing is structured as a flat monthly retainer scaled to the operational complexity of the account, not as a percentage of ad spend. Detailed pricing is shared after the initial diligence call.

How quickly do you launch after onboarding?

The diligence and reconstruction phases run concurrently for the first two weeks. Most accounts are operating under our methodology by day 14, with the first full performance cycle completed by day 30.

Do you handle creative production?

We provide creative strategy and direction in-house. For production, we work with a vetted network of UGC creators and production studios. Production costs are billed at cost — we do not mark up creative production.

Will I have direct access to my ad accounts and data?

Yes. All ad accounts, pixels, conversion events, and analytics platforms are owned by you and remain in your control throughout and after our engagement. We are granted operator-level access; we never own the underlying assets.

What happens if performance does not improve?

If we cannot demonstrate measurable improvement against your baseline KPIs within the first 90 days, we will tell you directly and end the engagement. We do not retain clients we are not visibly helping.
