The company designs, produces and distributes digital educational products: online courses, e-books and structured training programs. Everything we sell is delivered electronically. We do not manufacture, warehouse or ship physical goods.
What we produce
Our catalogue is organised in three categories. Online courses are structured programs delivered through a members area, arranged in modules with audio and video lessons. E-books and written guides are documents supplied in PDF, either as a companion to a program or on their own. Training programs are longer, sequenced material intended to be followed over several weeks.
Material is produced in-house. Before a product is released, it is reviewed for accuracy of description, for the completeness of what the customer receives, and to confirm that the checkout, the receipt and the delivery of access all work end to end.
How we operate
We publish each product on its own page, with its own checkout. On that page the customer sees the product name, the full price, the currency, the billing frequency where one applies, and the terms — all before entering any payment details.
Payment is handled by a PCI-DSS compliant payment processor. Sirius Digital LLC does not receive, transmit or store full card numbers at any stage. A receipt is emailed at the moment of purchase, showing the company name, the product, the amount charged and the billing descriptor that will appear on the customer's statement.
Access credentials are issued automatically on payment confirmation, normally within minutes. Where automatic delivery fails, our support team provisions access manually on request.
Support and accountability
A monitored email address is published on every page of this site and repeated in every receipt, and it is answered by a person. We aim to reply to any email received on a business day within 24 hours. Refunds are available within the published window without the customer having to justify the request.
If something goes wrong — a charge the customer does not recognise, access that never arrived, a product that is not what they expected — we would rather resolve it directly than have the customer go to their bank. That is why our contact details are easy to find and why we answer.
